By requesting and completing the ticket purchase, the person responsible for the reservation declares that they agree to the terms below and assumes responsibility for all participants included in the booking.

Responsibilities of the SALES CHANNEL

The SALES CHANNEL is responsible for:

• Issuing tickets provided by the event organizer
• Communicating with participants regarding event information, schedules, and details
• Providing support related to the payment process, in accordance with the policies established by the organizer

Limitations of Liability of the SALES CHANNEL

The SALES CHANNEL is not responsible for:

• Any issues related to the execution of the event or services provided by the organizer, including check-in, transportation, and on-site activities
• Changes in the program, cancellations, or operational difficulties
• Losses, property damage, injuries, or accidents suffered by participants, including those occurring outside the official festival program
• Additional costs resulting from delays, accidents, natural disasters, weather conditions, political actions, public demonstrations, or force majeure events

Purchase Conditions

• All sales are final
• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances
• The full execution of the event is the sole responsibility of the event organizer
• The SALES CHANNEL acts solely as an intermediary and has no authority to modify decisions, rules, or procedures established by the organizer
